Your Data. Your Infrastructure. Your Rules.
All Archotec products are designed to run on infrastructure the customer controls — no mandatory cloud, no data leaving your network.

Sovereignty Across Every Product
Archotec is built around one principle: your operational data should stay under your control. Each product is designed for deployment on the customer's own infrastructure — from a home hub to an industrial edge server. This is a design intention, not a marketing claim; deployment specifics depend on the product and maturity stage.
The Cloud Compromise
When your data leaves your device, you lose control
Data Leaks & Breaches
Cloud servers are constant targets. When they're breached, your private conversations, habits, and home data are exposed.
Latency & Reliability
Cloud-dependent systems fail when the internet goes down. Every command travels thousands of miles before your lights turn on.
Vendor Lock-in
Your data becomes their leverage. Switch providers and lose years of learned preferences, routines, and automation.
Sovereignty by Design
Built into every layer — not added as an afterthought.
On-Device by Design
Processing is designed to happen on your hardware. No cloud servers in the critical path by default.
Active Inference Architecture
Decisions based on mathematical principles — explainable and auditable, not black-box.
Data Designed to Stay Local
Your data is designed to stay on your infrastructure. We do not build systems that require sending your data to us.
Alignment with MENA Regulations
Designed to align with UAE PDPL and KSA PDPL. Not certified compliance — design alignment.
Human Accountability
Clear boundaries between AI suggestions and human decisions. You always remain in control.
Kill-Switch & Audit Logs
Instant system shutdown capability. Activity logs for transparency over what your AI does.
Per-Product Sovereignty
Honest status for each product — what is designed, what is delivered today.
Aura Home
Early AccessSmart Home AI
On-device by design
Designed to run on a local hub inside your home. Data is designed to stay local; the system is designed to work offline. Status: early access — architecture reflects these intentions.
Aura Enterprise
Early / PreviewIndustrial / Construction Safety
On-premise by design
Designed for deployment on the customer's own on-premise infrastructure — for industrial environments where operational data cannot leave the site. Status: early / preview stage. No named customers or pilots.
Cognitive OS
Hosted AlphaSovereign Cognitive Runtime
Self-hosted by design — with an honest alpha caveat
Designed to run on your own hardware. The product intention is full on-premise deployment. However: during early access, it is hosted by Archotec (access-key model) so users can try it without setup. Self-hosted deployment on your own hardware is the roadmap goal, not the current alpha state.
During early access: inputs are processed on Archotec-managed infrastructure. Full on-premise deployment comes as the product matures.
Zero-Knowledge by Design
Your data is designed to stay on your infrastructure.
Every piece of sensitive information is intended to be encrypted on your device before any processing begins. This is the architectural goal across all Aura products.
Private keys designed to be generated and stored only on your hardware
Built so your data stays under your control
Recognition and reasoning designed to happen locally
Architecture designed so we hold no access to your data
This is architectural design intent, built in from the start.
Sovereignty by Architecture
No backdoors in design. No master keys. No forced recovery paths.
You control your data — that is the design goal.
For regulated enterprises requiring controlled recovery, we plan optional client-managed Enterprise Recovery Mode as the product matures.
Zero Trust. Minimal Cloud.
Architectural design intentions — not delivered certifications
On-Device Inference
AI models are designed to run locally on edge hardware. Targeting ~50ms local response — not yet independently benchmarked.
Encrypted Local Storage
Data intended to be stored with AES-256 encryption on the local device. Hardware security module integration in the roadmap.
Expected Free Energy
Active Inference minimizes uncertainty through mathematical optimization — auditable and explainable decisions.
Offline-First Design
Designed to work fully offline. Network connectivity intended to be optional for updates only, not required for operation.
Regulatory Alignment
Designed to align with — not certified against — the following frameworks
UAE PDPL
Designed to align with UAE Federal Personal Data Protection Law
KSA PDPL
Designed to align with Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Personal Data Protection Law
NCA
Architecture informed by UAE National Cybersecurity Authority guidance
GDPR-Informed
Design informed by EU GDPR principles
Technical & Architectural Design
Design principles, not certified guarantees
Zero-Knowledge Architecture
Your data is designed to stay on your infrastructure.
- Private keys designed to stay on your device
- Built so your data stays under your control
- No backdoors in the design
