Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our commitment to fair billing and transparent refunds

1. Subscription Plans

Archotec offers monthly and annual subscription plans. All plans are billed in advance for the upcoming billing period. You can view current pricing on our website.

2. Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required during the trial period. Your account will not be charged unless you explicitly upgrade to a paid plan.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing period.

4. Refund Eligibility

Full refunds are available within 14 days of the initial purchase or annual renewal, provided you have not exceeded reasonable usage thresholds. Monthly subscriptions are eligible for a refund within 7 days of charge.

Refunds are NOT available for: partial billing periods, usage exceeding fair use limits, accounts terminated due to policy violations, or add-on services already consumed.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact billing@archotec.ai with your account email, date of charge, and reason for the refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.

6. Annual Plan Early Termination

If you cancel an annual plan before the end of the annual period, you may request a prorated refund for the remaining full months, minus a 15% early termination fee. This does not apply to monthly plans.

7. Downgrades

You may downgrade your plan at any time. The downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing period. The difference is not refunded for the current period, but future billing will reflect the lower plan.

8. Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension while we investigate.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy. Existing subscribers will be notified of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
