Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for responsible use of Archotec products

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines the acceptable and prohibited uses of Archotec AI products and services. By using our products, you agree to comply with this policy.
2. Permitted Uses
You may use Archotec products for: lawful business automation, research and development, educational purposes, personal productivity, and any use that complies with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Prohibited Uses
You must not use Archotec products to: develop weapons or surveillance systems, generate harmful or misleading content, circumvent security measures of any system, engage in unauthorized data collection or scraping, harass or harm individuals, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying algorithms of Archotec systems.
4. AI-Specific Restrictions
You must not: use Archotec AI to make fully automated decisions with legal or significant effects on individuals without human oversight, misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created, use the system to create deepfakes or synthetic media without clear disclosure, or train competing AI models using Archotec outputs.
5. Resource Usage
You agree not to: overwhelm our systems with excessive requests (rate limiting applies), use automated tools to abuse API endpoints, share access credentials with unauthorized parties, or circumvent usage limits or quotas.
6. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it immediately to abuse@archotec.ai. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
7. Enforcement
Violations may result in: warning and request to cease prohibited activity, temporary suspension of access, permanent termination of account, and legal action where appropriate. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation.
8. Changes
We may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
